2. Warranty Coverage
We guarantee the quality of our products and will provide a full refund or replacement if:
- Product arrives damaged or in poor condition
- Product does not match the description on our website
- Product has quality issues (mold, rancidity, unusual odor or taste)
- Packaging is defective or compromised
- Product is past its expiration date upon delivery
3. Warranty Period
Our warranty covers products for 7 days from the date of delivery for quality issues and 30 days for manufacturing defects.
Note: For opened products, please report any quality issues within 2 days of opening to be eligible for warranty claims.
