2. Warranty Coverage

We guarantee the quality of our products and will provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • Product arrives damaged or in poor condition
  • Product does not match the description on our website
  • Product has quality issues (mold, rancidity, unusual odor or taste)
  • Packaging is defective or compromised
  • Product is past its expiration date upon delivery

3. Warranty Period

Our warranty covers products for 7 days from the date of delivery for quality issues and 30 days for manufacturing defects.

Note: For opened products, please report any quality issues within 2 days of opening to be eligible for warranty claims.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Products stored beyond the recommended shelf life
  • Personal taste preferences or subjective quality assessments
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third parties
  • Natural variations in size, color, or flavor (within acceptable ranges)

6. Storage Recommendations

To maintain product quality and ensure warranty coverage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keep products sealed in their original packaging until use
  • Refrigerate after opening for extended freshness
  • Use within the recommended consumption period
