Careful Harvesting
Macadamia nuts are collected only when they naturally fall from the tree, ensuring perfect ripeness. We never pick directly from the tree - this preserves the best flavor and highest quality.
Professional Processing
Green outer shells are removed by specialized machines, then thoroughly washed to eliminate impurities. The nuts are carefully arranged on drying trays to ensure even processing.
Low-Temperature Drying
Dried for many hours at controlled low temperatures to retain maximum natural aroma, distinctive crispness, and precious nutrients in each nut.
Precise Shelling
The hard shell is removed using specialized equipment. Though simple, this step requires precision and care in every operation to preserve the kernel inside.
Rigorous Quality Control
Each kernel is carefully inspected by hand to detect and remove damaged, discolored, or broken pieces. Only intact, clean, and evenly colored kernels are kept.
Careful Packaging
Each nut is packaged in bags, jars, or premium gift boxes. Every product is labeled with origin and production information, affirming the quality of Shomi Farm agricultural products.

Planting the Seeds
The first Macadamia trees were planted on the red Ba Gian soil in Phúc Thọ Lâm Hà. Despite challenges with climate, soil conditions, and cultivation techniques, we persevered with dedication and scientific application.

After 5 years of patient cultivation, the first Macadamia fruits began to ripen, marking the beginning of Shomi Farm's passionate and dedicated journey as a premium nut producer.
